ASIST training at SMC

Hi all,

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is coming to Saint Mary’s! Graduate Counseling Program students have the special opportunity to attend a two day workshop designed to provide clinicians with the tools and interventions to effectively support sucidal clients. The training will be held on the SMC campus on May 3 & 4 from 8:30-4:30 both days. ASIST is providing GCP students with a discounted rate of $100 for 15 hours of training, though a sliding scale is available for those with financial need. This means that you can document 15 BBS training hours for this workshop!  The registration form can be found under the important documents tab on this site and a copy will be sent to your SMC email. Please turn it into Gloria at the KSOE by April 15th. Questions? Feel free to contact me at acm10@stmarys-ca.edu.
